Somebody tell me how we've gotten so close to another Christmas? And another year flown by? Wow, I guess. How can so much and so little change at the same time over the course of one year? |

i don't know why every autumn it's so hard for me to readjust my body to the cold. but lately i'm realizing how much i love this season, because where would i be without my sweatshirt and slippers, tea and pumpkin spice coffee, and snuggling up with a good book and a very cozy little miss b. |

Content with the fact that after realizing how close chilis playlist is to yours, I only react with a little laugh and roll my eyes slightly to myself - and to my surprise I can sing along in good spirits as well. |

how many years have i been writing in these things and now all of a sudden it seems as though i've got nothing left to say. or maybe i'm still saying things just not documenting them here. it could just be everything is "same old same old" nothing new nothing of interest to anyone but me. and maybe not even to me anymore.
and maybe i'm okay with all of that :) |

The sun was out but every time I walked outside it rained. It was musical - there was music on repeat in my brain and then the fireflies came out. Again it rained and there was lightning this time - literally as well as figuratively running through my veins for no particular reason, I wanted to move, but I was also completely content with just staying still. As I stay still I urge to move, as I move I want to stop. That's how my mind is thinking right now - how my body is thinking and reacting to my mind, how my eyes are crying but smiling all at once. A raindrop hit right under my eye, you know the spot that's also above your cheekbone, and even though it could have been a tear I wasn't sad. I wanted to run or stand there in the rain but instead I sought shelter or at least settled for driving with the windows open. |
